I have a crazy “fight or flight” type reaction any time I have to speak in front of people or I have to be involved in any kind of confrontation. I am talking about shaking hands and legs, feeling dizzy, shaky voice, etc.

Our habitual responses generally operate without our conscious thought. Many of our habits can be helpful, but others can cause problems.
